My son's girlfriend loves this movie. So we made her cake bases on its characters. I say we, because my kids helped me with some of the painting and molding Santa and Oogie Boogie.

The submarine was made with chocolate rice crispies
Blue Glass was poured sugar dyed blue and coconut flavored

When my son was young and all the other little kids were watching Barney and all those other irritating cartoons, he was watching Yellow Submarine, over and over and over and over......
So it only seemed appropriate that his cake this past year was Yellow Submarine. Oh, and he asked for this theme.

Dad's 70th Birthday

Dad turned 70, had to make him a cake.
Wanted to put the things he enjoys on the cake.
He golfs, plays poker, hunts, fishes, and camps.
